What this site is for

This site describes our services, shows work we have completed, publishes articles about roofing and siding, and lets you request an estimate. It is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Estimates are not contracts

Requesting an estimate through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement, does not reserve a spot on our schedule, and does not obligate either of us to anything. Work begins only after a written, signed agreement.

Pricing, financing, and calculators

Any figure shown on this site, including the financing calculator, is an illustration. Actual pricing depends on the property, the materials chosen, the condition of what is underneath, and current supply costs. Financing terms, rates, and approval come from our financing partner, not from us, and are subject to their underwriting. Nothing here is an offer of credit.

Articles are general information

Our blog posts describe how roofing and siding generally behave in Northeast Ohio. They are not an inspection of your property and not professional advice about your specific roof. If something looks wrong, have it looked at.

Project photos and content

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Project photos are of real work we performed. Please do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to link to any page here.

Reviews and anything you submit

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to display it in our marketing, including on this site. We may decline to publish anything, and we may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive.

Links to other companies

We link to manufacturers, our financing partner, and review platforms for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
